PlusOne is operated by Kigital Enterprises FZ-LLC, a company licensed in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

PlusOne is a marketplace platform: some products are sold directly by PlusOne (first-party), and some are sold by independent merchants registered on the platform (third-party). In both cases, PlusOne is the counterparty you deal with and handles payment, support, and returns on your behalf, regardless of who actually fulfils the order.

By using this site you agree to the prices shown, the payment method you select, and the returns and warranty policies described on their respective pages.

International shipping (outside the UAE): some products are offered by independent merchants who ship directly to destinations outside the United Arab Emirates. For these products, the merchant (not PlusOne) is responsible for fulfilling the shipment, for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in the destination country, and for actual delivery timelines. These charges are not included in the price shown on PlusOne unless explicitly stated otherwise, and the buyer may be required to pay them directly on receipt in accordance with their own country's regulations.

Capacity: you must have reached the legal age to contract under UAE law to complete a purchase.

Pricing and currency: all prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. An order is only accepted once payment is successfully confirmed.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), without prejudice to your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
